Welcome to Stav - The AI Platform. Using the service constitutes agreement to these terms.

If you do not agree to the terms - please refrain from using the service.

2. Definitions

• The Service: Stav - The AI Platform / Stav Pages
• The User: Any person or entity using the service
• Content: Any information, text, image or data uploaded to the service
• The Platform: The website and technological systems of the service

3. License of Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or business use of the service.

Prohibited:

• Copy, duplicate or sell the service
• Hack, damage or attempt to bypass security systems
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Upload offensive, harmful or illegal content
• Interfere with the normal operation of the service

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights in the service, including code, design, logo, texts and content - belong to us or our licensors.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a license to use the content for the purpose of providing the service.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

• Delete content that violates the terms

8. Termination of Use

You may stop using the service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service in cases of:

• Non-payment (in case of paid service)

9. Payments and Refunds

In case of paid services:

• Payment is made in advance for the selected period
• Billing is done through secure payment providers
• Refunds - according to our refund policy
• Subscription cancellation - available at any time, takes effect at the end of the current billing period

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are subject to the laws of the State of Israel.

Exclusive jurisdiction is vested in the competent courts in Israel.
